[AMPS] More on B&W 850 as tank coil

Too bad they are RIP. If I had the choice of rags--73-QST-CQ or HR I would
without hesitation go with HR. 2nd choice is 73 but the construction
articles are few and in between.

QST and CQ are nothing equipment vendor brochures.
