You will possibly have to compromise on the input VSWR. Trying to crank
full power in the SSB mode will also be straining the tank ckt
particularly on 17M and replacement bandswitches are no longer available.
When run at 700W or so in the CW switch position ( still linear) you will
have long term reliability.
