[AMPS] Drake L4B and warc bands

 Please don't even think about powering up on the 30 meter band.  In
the US,  max power is 200 watts.  Consider that the 30 Meter band is
only about 20Khz wide.  Too much power can ruin a good thing for the
rest of us.
  Sorry to use this reflector for my 'Pet Peeve' but I suspect there
are others who will do anything to get a jump on the competition.
