[AMPS] SB220 rebuild

The surgery to repair the transformer labodomy is proceeding and I'd like to
thank you all for the great suggestions.

Next question: The meters on the SB 220 are not working. They stick and have
an incorrect scale factor. I believe they should be 200 ua. Strangely they
both have DC resistances of 47 ohms but my ohms law says they should be 1400
ohms. Oh well!

Does anybody know of a relatively inexpensive replacement for the meters. I
looking for a functional solution and really don't care if they don't look
like the originals. I'd like the pair to be physically the same, however.

I found a Micronta 50 ua meter in the junkbox and two of those would ( one
more) would solve my problem. Yes I know I will have to add series resistance!

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Len
