[AMPS] Ameritron QSK-5 Parts

We need a few components for an Ameritron QSK-5 ... ser no. 11103....

2N6740
MTP 4N08
or equivalents

Tried MFJ but they will only sell a complete replacement board which is
almost as much as
a new QSK-5...   tried various component calalogs but come up with
nothing for these numbers.
any suggestions..    Thanks
