[AMPS] Need info on mica caps

I have two batches of mica caps that I picked up at a swap meet but need to
know the current ratings.

First one is Cornell Dublier Type 9 H 400pF 2500vdc/5000vdc max

Second one is Sangamo Type A2 LH 400pF 2500vdc/5000vdc max.

I have looked in my old Allied and WRL catalogs and can not find the current
ratings on these. They are good sized units around 3/4 inch tall and 1 1/2
inches wide and abt 1 inch deep.
