Hi OM,

At least here in the US, M/A-Com does not distribute through Arrow.  
Penstock has become part of Avnet.

But you are correct about the diodes being hard to get, etc.  I doubt the 
high power PINs are stocked since the market for them is so very small.  
Everything else you say is also true.

When a company can make millions of a 6 cent diode for cellular handsets 
why make hundreds of high power devices for $20 or $30!  Sad but true!
