[AMPS] Vacuum capacitor

I am looking at possibly acquiring a Jennings UCS-300 capacitor from a friend. 
However, he says that it is missing the drive mechanism -- apparently, the part
that changes rotary motion to in-out movement of the plates.  Are these drives
available at a reasonable cost?  Maybe someone has one from a defunct capacitor?
