Rhode & Schwartz achieve -170dbc/hz phase noise on there XK2000
transceivers. Their receivers achieve third order intercept points of
better than +35dbm. Shows what Superb engineering can do when a a total
solution is sought. I think their 100 watt transceiver is in the range
of $20000 US dollars. The biggest probelm is that they dont have a VFO
knob, what an ommission.
