[AMPS] 6146/TS830S HIGH POWER MOD

I would like to try this power high mod for my TS830s, what power out can 
you expect and is it a safe and stable modifiction. I do not have the 
details of this mod, so if someone could point me to where i can find the 
details i would appreciate it.
