[AMPS] converted SB200 for 6mtr from KM1H

Hi!

A few months ago I ordered two SB200 (converted for 6 mtr) from Carl 
KM1H. (He said 5 weeks) 

I transfered the money and then... nothing... tried to send him email... 
nothing... tried to catch him on the phone... left a msg... NOTHING AT 
ALL ! 

it seems he has broken his computer, or maybe he has stopped working with 
amps !!!

I would like to see an UPS van in from of my house or maybe my money back 
on my account !

what to do when you live million miles away ?

anyone helps ?
