[AMPS] equalizing resistors/caps on small HV power supply??

Hi Mark,
Well, today's modern diodes are pretty reliable and equalizing resistors
and/or capacitors.  To use them would still be OK, but no real need with
today's parts.

Just my $0.02 worth.
