[AMPS] Svetlana 572-B's

I recently replaced a working pair of chinese 572's in
a SB-200. The amp was working fine , but when
replacing with the new russian tubes they only give
400 watts cw peak.  I noticed that one tube glows red
more than the other. I switched sockets and I still
have the same socket glowing more than the other.
Strangely the chinese tubes glow with equal
dissapation.

Any clues ???????????????????????
