[AMPS] HV connector

I recall a thread about this in the past, but I can't seem to find it.  Does
anyone know where to get a Millen HV connector (the cable part and the chassis
part), or have a suggestion for an obtainable substitute?  Maybe someone has one
lying around they want to part with?
