[AMPS] 50-500 MHz in solid-state?

OK.
3.5-30MHz solid state amps with G=10dB (10W in/100W out) are pretty
pedestrian nowadays.
Cover just about one decade in frequency,
Gain-bandwidth product=27MHz*10=270MHz.

Well, 50-500 MHz is also a decade...
Gain-bandwidth would be 450MHz*10=4500 MHz...more than 10x the HF amp.

So, is the GBW the reason we don't see 50-500 MHz solid-state amps?
Or are there devices available, but at ridiculous (from an amateur
perspective) price?
Or is it some other limitation (like broadband matching xfmrs at that freq)?
Or is it the next great product line?
