[AMPS] filling holes in AL panel

The automobile body filling epoxies are pretty good, too. For big holes, you
need some backing, but chanfered 5/16 holes shouldn't need any. Just sand
down afterwards. With a back screen of thin aluminium gauze, I've filled
2-3/16 inch diameter  meter holes succesfully - in .048 inch material, too.
