[AMPS] Peak reading vs True peak

I wonder how 'True', the rating is, though. It maybe that they take the 1
minute rating as peak, and the 1 hour rating as average. There's a fair bit
of difference in the two, and that's taken advantage of in electric trains.

Still, nothing like a bit of marketing hype, is there?
