Hi Vic,

Personally, I'd like to see double the 6 KV rating used, plus at least two
caps in parallel to share the current for the blocking application.

As for the ceramic padders, I have tried many in the past, both for plate
tuning and loading, and found them to drift violently, throwing the tank out
of tune during a ragchew. Went for xmitting micas with absolute stability.
I'd recommend a minimum of 5 amp rating on the micas.
