Fair Radio sells some large doorknobs for $17 each.  The value is 0.001 uF and the voltage rating is 20KV.  Murata makes these.  On the cap below the 20KV is 105A. Perhaps I am wrong, but my guess is that it means 105 Amps.  

Anyhow, I use 1 for a blocking cap in my amp and have zero problems with it.  It works great. I use 2 in parallel for HV bypass caps.

Perhaps I am wrong on the current rating, but these babies are big (2" I think) and work really nice.
