[AMPS] Variac addendum

[Shane KI4M/KV4I]

	I don't believe that my earlier post was clear enough. I have a HV supply
with 1500V before the filter caps etc. Just the secondary voltage of the
transformer. I could use a filter choke to get the desired output but I want
to use filter caps. Also the primary of the Variac would need to be 110V.
