[AMPS] Grounded-Grid Efficiency

I know it's been covered before, but I am too lazy to look it up.

What are "good" efficieny percentages for a typical GG amplifier?  

If memory serves, then a class AB amp is somewhere around 40% efficient, 
Class B is about 50% and class C around 65%.  Is this right or am I too 
low?
