[AMPS] phantom plate and grid current

When my Swan Mark II is in the xmit mode, I get a high plate current and
grid current reading as I tune the plate tune and load caps throughout their
tuning range. Only on 15 and 10 meters. Also with the more plate I that is
"tuned' the plates of the tubes start to really glow bright red. All this
happens with NO rf input. What is it? Time for more parasitic osc.
suppression stuff? It is rock stable on 80-40 and 20.
