[AMPS] Harbach mod instruction

Hello folks.

Can anybody send me the INSTRUCTION of Harbach softkey mod SK-200 for SB-200
linear amplifier ?  I have all the parts without instruction, which is in
the mail. But it may not arrive before this weekend's WPX contest. 

Email or web posting of scanned images would be the best, and fax is good but
I don't know how to compensate for the cost of the international phone call.
