[AMPS] PWR SUPPLY CAPS

Go to Mouser. They have the CDE 381LX 105C  series. Low ESR makes them
fine for linear PS use. With 8 caps as used by KW there is no reason to
not use 450V replacements as there is a wide safety margin.
