[AMPS] FCC Actions at Dayton

So many laws seem only to create jobs for bureaucrats and more lawyers,
who in turn create more laws - mostly designed to protect us from
ourselves.  Most are either unenforced of unenforceable (I don't know
which is worse).

It's amazing man ever created a somewhat civilized society without all
these laws in place already :o)
