[AMPS] Are blue 4CX1000As OK?

I am interested in a couple of 4CX1000As in clean original cartoons. The
only thing is they have a bluish coulor. Is this normal after many years
after they were made EIMAC? They may have been checked out with some years
interval by a commercial. Anyone?
