[AMPS] Microwave Tranformers

Can somone help explain how these tranformers are wired to produce volts. I 
was given one with a  resonating capacitor and a single stick rectifier. 
This unit has a secondary that is grounded to the core. 2000 volts at .6 
amps would make a nice power supply.
