[AMPS] 76PA fan replacement

I need to replace the fan in my Alpha 76-PA.  I have
a new on but looking into the case gives me the creeps..
It almost looke like the rf deck has to come out ??? 
I hope not...
Anyone replace one before and have any time cutting
hints... This doesn't look like it's an easy task.
