I don't either.  But as far as I say, let them continue to use 10KV, 
15KV, 20KV, etc on their tubes.  The X-ray emmission will eventually fry 
them and Darwins principle of natural selection will work its way through 
that group.  Soon we'll see Darwin awards going to CBers who tried to do 
a Megawatt and vaporized themselves!  :-)
