[AMPS] Clipperton-L

To all,

  I have a Dentron Clipperton-L with a the "FL-1"
impeadance device removed , not loading and exhibiting
"High SWR". THe voltages are correct and the tubes
work perfectly in my SB-200.  What am I missing
???????????????????
