[AMPS] Icom PW1

[Tony Kazmakites]

Has anyone modified the PW1 so that you do not need to have power on the amp
to be in the bypass mode? It seems kind of dumb that Icom designed the amp
that power must be on if you want to just use your transceiver. Before I dig
into it  thought I would check to see if someone has already done the work.
