€  I use a hand-drill mounted in a vise to rotate the coil form during 
winding.  It goes pretty fast once I get set up.  . One turn of the crank 
gives around 6-turns.

€  60uh single layer solenoid wound typically has no resonances in the 
HF.spectrum.
