[AMPS] Ameritron AL-80 circuitry

Hello all

Inside this early AL-80 (S/No.845) that I'm renovating (which works 
well on all bands) there are some disconnected components - on a 
small circuit board just below/to the right of the antenna c/o relay
- looks like 3 capacitors in a 'T' configuration on a small P.C.B.
with 2 white wires which have been disconnected from somewhere.

Can anyone tell me where these 2 wires were disconnected from
and the purpose of these capacitors (I don't have any schematics) ?
