[AMPS] IC-781 Soft-Start Mod ....Where is it?

	Hi all,

I have an IC-781 early serial number. The radio is now about 10 years old.
Until recently I have been running barefoot with this radio. I now have an
SB-220 Heath amplifier I would like to use with the radio on occasion.

I heard that there is a modification to the Icom HF radios (certain models)
that prevents an initial RF spike into the amplifier. Where do I find this
mod? I cannot seem to locate it through Icom or other ham webpages.
