[AMPS] PIN switches

For a commercial job I need some PIN switches to cover
1.5-30MHz (preferably 40MHz if possible), power is 1.3kW
with VSWR up to 3:1

I'd be grateful for pointers to ready made products, designs
and/or diode part numbers.
