[AMPS] Can anyone Identify an Amplifier part?

They look like flat mica matching capicators to me. 


Check the Motorola RF Devices manual and you will see them in a lot of their test circuits. They typically put two in parallel to reduce the inductance.


One manufacturer is Mini-Underwood or Mini Unelco.
