[AMPS] filament repairs

I have a directly heated tube (QY4-400) where the filament has gone o/c. If
I tap the anode, or use the hi-pot on the filament, it makes contact again.
I don't know the filament arrangement internally - I'm guessing that it's
linear wires.

Is there a way of repairing it?
