[AMPS] Other discussion groups?

Hi everyone,
   Does anyone know of a mail list style discussion group (similar to
this one) where the subject area is either:

  Receiver design  or

  Exciter design

  I am aware of the lists that repeat into/out-of the general "amateur
homebrew" usenet groups.
