Then I can only say that you wouldn't make an real old fashioned AM operator,
Rich, pontificating with the transmit switch locked down for overs of at least
20 minutes!!! 

I guess it depends on whether or not you have the fils on and the fan running
all the time - which I do, for other reasons. Still, I would have expected
better from Oilite.
