[AMPS] Tuning Chart Needed

Hello.  I have an Amp Supply LK500-ZC with a "marginal" copy of the manual.
I think I have about everything except the Tuning Charts with the per-sets
listed on page 17 of my manual.  Anyone out there that could send me the
information?  Any help is appreciated.  You can reply direct to
