I did not get any answer on my very last question from you pi/piL
specialists. Is this not a better method to get rid of parasitics and at the
same time  get higher output on 10 meters with tubes like the 813 that has a
high output capacitance??

Anybody?

The coil will not help you on parasitics at all, Hans, with an 813.
It will work fine, like the book says, but will screw up other bands.
If your interest is only 10, 12, and 15 meters, you can make it work okay.
