[AMPS] ameritron al-82

I would appreciate comments re this amplifier from anyone who owns one.
Also I cannot load it to even the 200 watt legal output on the 30 meter band 
and I wonder if I am tuning it wrong for this band??  (All the other bands 
load to full power out)
