[AMPS] Rich Measures

With removing Rich from the reflector, you will probably
not read much interesting things anymore, and that will
be the end of AMPS. Rich has always been very, very
helpful, and without the advice that I got from him, usually
an answer comes within an hour, one of my linears would
have been in the junkbox, now itīs working DX thanks to
Rich. 

To the list-administrator:  Please write an E-mail to Rich
and say you made a mistake and tell him to be welcome
back, thanks!
