[AMPS] TRANS WORLD TRANSISTOR INFO REQEST

Anyone out there have an idea on what transistors Trans World used in their
1KW SS Amp that used 4 250watt plus in modules marked as AMP MODULE 28-5B.

These modules operate at 48VDC and each module used a pair of Motorola House
number devices labelled D310050 with a yellow dot. To-date unable to cross
reference a replacement that does not let the smoke out.  :-(

Any assistance appreciated.
