You need to drop 5.5v - 4.8v = 0.7v.  The current is c. 15a.  R = 0.7/15 
= .047-ohms, so a pair of 0.0235-ohm resistors would be needed.  However, 
24ga. TFE insulated wire will carry 15a in free air, so you might not 
need to use actual resistors.
