[AMPS] Henry 3KA mod for 160m

The 3K-A has two bandswitch positions for the 3.5MHz band, so converting 
it to 160m operation is a bit easier than say converting a SB-220.  
However, a dpdt vacuum relay will still be needed for doubling the 
existing C and L.
