I also own an Alpha 86 and it works like a champ. Has full coverage =
from 1.8 to 30 Mhz - even a 2.5 mHz position. Runs well on all bands =
and modes. You can pick them up for $1,500 (I did) to $2,000 usually. =
I am very happy with mine.
