[AMPS] LDMOS on 23cm

Greetings,

I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who has played with any of the
Motorola LDMOS devices (and in particular the MRF183) in a 23cm power
amp application.
They seem to be a good investment on a $/watt basis when compared to the
Mitsubishi M57762.
