140uF is a bit small for this application.  Electrolytic design has 
advanced.  You can now buy more C in the same diameter, in a shorter 
length.  If you want the caps to last, order the 105 degree-C rated units 
instead of the 85 degree-C units.  Mouser and Digikey carry such caps.
