[AMPS] 4CX1000

Am looking for a copy of the complete Eimac Data Sheet for the
4CX1000A/8168.  I have a copy of the one-page Reference Data Sheet.

Anyone know where I might find it on the web or have a copy that could be
faxed or emailed to me?  Any other useful info about the tube?
